1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CT). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

In periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, you will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Due to the size and weight of our containers, all orders ship via freight carriers.

Estimated delivery times (continental U.S.):

  • Standard Freight Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Freight Shipping: 3–5 business days (availability upon request)

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier availability, and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders within the continental United States.

  • No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.

4. Freight Delivery & Receiving

  • Freight deliveries require access to a loading dock, forklift, or pallet jack. Please ensure your delivery location is properly equipped.

  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival for any visible damage.

  • If damage is present, document it with photos and notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

5. Returns & Restocking

  • 0% restocking fee on eligible returns.

  • Returns must comply with our Return Policy terms.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
