- (2) Restrooms with toilet,hand sink, roof vents, lights and stub all lines through flooring for customer to connect on to city connections
- Grey stone flooring throughout
- LED lights
- (2) Roof vents
- Hand wash sink only
- 36” Tall x 48” wide opening to be 36” off floor with barn doors (doors to latch from the inside, use spring loaded barrel bolts top and bottom on each door
- Deck over style trailer as customer will be removing the axles off the trailer and setting on foundation
- Stainless steel counter tops throughout
- Stainless steel walls and ceiling
- Ceiling to be white metal
- White exterior color
- White metal walls and ceiling in restrooms
- (2) 3,500 lb Axles with brakes
- Electrical package with no panel, just wire in plugs and run wires to pull box, customer will install his own panel
- Customer will supply and install his own 3 bin sink and run drain lines
- Restroom sinks
- All counter tops to be a rolled edge no trim
