Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of shipping and storage containers, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The delivered container is significantly different from the product description (incorrect size, type, or configuration), or
The container arrives damaged during delivery.
All containers are inspected prior to shipment to ensure accuracy.
Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered by Service-First Containers.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. If eligible, customers may request a replacement container or a refund.
